Good cycling classes are hard to find and I didn’t want to join classes like SoulCycle. Flywheel was the next best option.
It is a great experience to use the Flywheel gym. It has great facilities and instructors are great.

Yes, it has different types of yoga classes all throughout the day and week, which keeps it interesting.
The classes ask for a $5 charge for yoga mat if you don’t brinf your own which seems a lot.

I would recommend flywheel because it’s just not a normal cycling class, I get a full body workout and the instructors are really great.

Everything in the facility was very clean and organized. The only thing is that the lockers are really close to each other so after the class is over everyone is crowding them.
