I wanted to join a gym to work on my fitness and to get thinner and work on stamina.
Yes, it’s a great gym with lots of facilities and good instructors. It provides a full body workout.
The restrooms are smaller than I think wanted, everything else is fine.
I have made a lot of progress since joining Orange Theory.

I wanted to lose weight as well as I wanted to get better and improve my stamina.
I would recommend it because they have different types of classes on every day of the week and you don’t get bored.
There are no lockers and I would like to have a locker facility.
My overall fitness has improved and I have also started enjoying exercise.
Instructors are friendly and give clear and precise instructions
I signed up online and then they contacted me for the free first class
To focus on my fitness. I wanted to lose weight as well as become fitter and healthier.
Yes, it is a full body workout and also focuses on pushing boundaries as well as focus on health.
There were no lockers, and that seemed a bit uncomfortable.
I did start working out properly and focusing on my food and diet.
I have had good experiences with all trainers.
I signed up online and they called me up to set an appointment, they also sent a text message.
I liked the gym because regardless if you are in great shape or you've been out of shape, this place will challenge you. You will be accepted whichever category you are in. The exercises can be modified to accommodate different fitness levels and while it's a "group" workout you can go at your own pace. If you enjoy friendly competition you can find that or if you'd prefer to do your own thing that's a possibility as well. I love that it's science based and designed to maximize results. If you want to loose weight they got you. If you want to get stronger they got you. You wanna build lean muscle?-- this is also the palce for you You guessed, they got you! Plus they are always doing cool things like alloutBingo
Recently last year i realized i needed to create a lifestyle of health and fitness. Joiining OTF helped me with accountability cause i dont feel alone and feel te energy of engaging in challenging workouts with a group. OTF has constant fitness challenges to benchmark progress and keep me moving towards my goals. I love the atmosphere, the coaches, staff and the music.
This location has 2 bathrooms and 2 private showers (very nice/clean) as well as several small lockers. I'd say the lockers could be larger or more in quantity, but thats not too much.
OTF is constantly having fitness challenges to benchmark progress and keep me moving toward goals. It's given me this drive, i havent seen substantial change with my body, but my mind has constantly been engaged to workout. And now i feel healthy and properly fit and engaged to start my day.
Motivating trainers - everyone from the front desk person to the trainers are very friendly and motivating. There is a casual vibe in the gym - you don't feel like people are fake-smiling because they hate their job and just need to make sales. They really seem to enjoy what they are a part of.
All of the coaches are so knowledgeable and talented in many area from nutrition, physical therapy and are personal trainers themselves.
Rather then read, i'd suggest to try the first class WHICH IS GIVEN FREE. I had some doubts I must admit but after my first workout here I instantly signed up. This place is great and is aimed to maximize results. Get you fit and engaged in a great challenging climate. You'll become a regular before you know it!

I joined because everyone i knew from college would meet up here to workout, i eventually decided to start going on my own because of the hyper enviorment!
Yes, I love OTF. I used to hate going to the gym, now I’ve been coming here nonstop for more than a year. Motivation provided by the coaches is unsurpassed!
I would love to see the locker rooms cleaned more often, as they are usually dirty by the mid-end of the day.
I joined Orange Theory last month and have already started to see results! The workouts are challenging and always keep you active but I feel very accomplished at the end of each one.
The coaches are extremely trained, very motivating, and highly entertaining! Never the same workout with maximum results. They coaches are so amazing about offering modifications if you have an injury that you are working thru.
It's just like a normal gym, but you don't have to commit to a year contract as they offer deals for 3 months, 6 months.
I joined so I can make wise decisions in life and also im getting married in 2 months
It is way tooo expensive to buy the heart rate monitors and cant afford that at all
i come straight from work so i would prefer to have some protein drinks options
i have been feeling quite fit and get really good sleep
I love my instructor as she is super energetic
I use their app to come to class
I had not joined a gym before and I wanted to become fit, that’s why I joined orange theory.
It gives you a full body workout and I think that’s really important in joining a gym.
They don’t have any lockers as such and the reception area becomes a bit crowded before the class. I think that could be improved.
I wanted to tone my body, increase my stamina, and get into the habit of doing workouts. I think orange Theory is helping me do that.
The instructors are really peppy and excited and they give you really good instructions. The first few times it’s a bit difficult following everything but then you get into the habit.
I called them up and asked about the membership. I gave my details online through a form.
I initially joined orange theory because I wanted to get more cardio along with weight training in my workouts and I really liked the idea of monitoring heart rates during your workouts.
I would recommend orange theory. It’s a great workout and the instructors are great.
It’s harder to get in to some of the more popular times. Such as Saturday mornings and the cancellation fee is a bit excessive.
My goals are to be healthy and ensure I do both cardio and weights so that is achieved through the classes. The HIT training really pushes you as well.
The instructors are great. There has been a lot of turnover lately so I don’t feel like I know them as well anymore.
You have to give a 30 day notice to cancel or switch membership types. But the sign up process was simple and quick.
I joined Orange theory to lose weight and plus i also wanted to get back to a fitness routine.
Yes, i would recommend OT as 1. It motivates you .2. Their programs are built to keep all the needs of your body . Their 1 hour session provides Strength training, Cardio vascular and stamina building . 3. Their monthly challenges. Its an awesome place.
The biggest opportunity for improvement is with the app to easily book and cancel the upcoming classes.
My Goal is to lose weight and increase the stamina. and it is really helpig me to do that.
I was unable to maintain a regular gym routine. OT Domain has helped me be better with a work out routine. I feel more positive and I feel they hold me accountable.
Yes, I would recommend Orange Theory Domain. It's a good mix of cross-fit style workouts. There's also a high level of accountability with the cancellation policy.
1. Improve App Capabilities
2. More classes and live updates on cancellations
I've run a half-marathon since I joined Orange Theory.
Different options available. The unlimited classes are the best if you are able to attend at least 4 times a week.
I joined to lose weight and build core at the same time. I needed some motivation because I needed a starting point on my fitness journey.
I would recommend it because I burn a LOT of calories per session, and it is definitely worth the money.
The facility was very clean. The locker rooms are nice and the amenities are very well kept.
My goal is to lose weight while building muscle as well. I am starting to lose weight, which is motivating me to push through.
Jordan's class and her energy was amazing! She played a lot of pumped music which motivates me to go harder.
There was a free first class offer, which got me hooked. I am currently just doing drop-ins, but there are package offers as well.
As I lead an increasingly sedentary lifestyle, I wanted to add some exercise in my life
I would absolutely recommend it in a heartbeat. I had joined several gyms in the past, only to stop showing up after a couple of weeks. The class format of Orange Theory motivates me to get out of bed and get my workout done before I start my day!
The gym is overall perfect for me. Maybe one more shower restroom would be a welcome addition, to avoid having to wait long after my class.
I want to maintain my health, fitness, and ideally lose some weight. Orange Theory helps me achieve all of these goals.
Every single instructor has something different to offer. Coach Josh has truly been an inspiration for me, and I thoroughly enjoy his classes. The same applies to Coach Elvis, who is one of the funniest individuals I have come across.
Signup is a bit lengthy and tedious, since there is quite some paperwork required. In my understanding the minimum commitment is one month, which is a very welcome change from the usual predatory year-long locked contracts of other gyms.
I joined Orange Theory upon moving to Austin for an efficient, air-conditioned workout.
At first, I was skeptical. The workout is typically 20 minutes of running, then rowing, and toning. I felt my abs were were being neglected. It seemed I had to do quite a bit of supplementary work to stay in my best shape; however, upon switching to Premier/Unlimited, I am seeing results and back in my best shape...my abs too! I would absolutely recommend Orange Theory, especially to those who travel for work because there is an OT gym in almost every city you can use!
The biggest opportunity for improvement is with the app. This is a competitive advantage for Orange Theory; however, there are many kinks that need to be worked out actually causing more work for their staffs, to have to manually book classes for us for the next month, as well as in other cities.
Upon joining, my 2 goals were to get an efficient workout in I don't hate, as well as stay in my best shape. The instructors are top notch, music always bumping (love when they put on old school rap), with different workouts everyday. I feel I am accomplishing my goals; however, still do a little supplementary work to maintain a strong core and stay flexible.
I have not had any experience with instructors, but I'm sure they're great!
The signup process is straightforward. It's month-to-month so you have nothing to lose, except for weight! See Ellie; she'll hook you up.
This location was close to home so it was convenient! I needed a new workout to try!
The people are friendly and can help modify the exercises as needed. I love that the classes are broken up between weights and cardio.
There is no improvement needed. They have the best staff, members and clean location. If anything they can add more weights (middle level 12s, 15s, 17.5, 20s)
My goals are to get stronger and to enjoy the cardio portion of the workout. They are helping me meet my goals each day.
All instructors are friendly and know their stuff!
Month to month commitment and sign up was easy. I tried one class and then signed one paper to sign up
I wanted to improve my fitness, get thinner and get leaner as well as increase stamina
I recommend it because it gives a full body workout and also the heartbeat monitor makes you do better
There is no locker facility, that could be better. Also the cost could be lesser as well
My goal was to achieve my highest level of fitness and I think orange theory is helping me do that
The instructor was friendly and informative. She gave out instructions properly and it was easy to follow
The first class was free and I called them up to get the offers. They followed up afterwards too.
Primary goal to lose weight, increase stamina, become fitter and thinner and stronger.
You can know your progress and compete to yourself. Also caters to full body workout
Heart tracker could be cheaper, there are no specific lockers or places to store stuff
To cut down belly fat and to become fitter. It is helping me become thinner
The instructor was really fun and energetic and kept me motivated
It was simple; I did it online. The first trial class was free
For improving fitness and to tone my body and to improve my stamina
Yes, it gives an all-round experience and tries to focus on individuals as well as a group.
The duration and the cost might be improvable. I think the cost is too much as there is not much flexibility according to weeks or days.
I wanted to improve my fitness and I think the different classes help me do that
They do motivate and push according to the people’s own expectations. If you tell your goals properly they will focus on you
First there was a trial class and then we could do monthly commitment.
