I joined because I wanted to get stronger. I know I was weak. But I just wanted the harassment to stop. They would not take no for an answer. I left feeling sick and violated. They didn't give me any paperwork at all. I checked my email and they sent some terms of the contract. I was shocked to find out I was in a 12-month commitment, I was financing, and they also didn't mention anything about an annual fee. I was just scammed. They also stated I had 5 days to cancel for a refund, but the contract said 3 days.
Yes I would recommend since there is a good vibe and atmosphere in the gym. However, it is somewhat dull and sometimes the weights are taken, but i would still recommend it.
Maybe add more weights available for the costumers since I often find myself not having enough weights to use. Also, maybe add some color to the building since it is somewhat dull and stale.
I have made significant progress from benching 100 - 110 pounds, now to 165 -170 pounds in only four and a half months.
I have not had a lot of experience with many instructors but i have seen many friendly instructors helping costumers and the workers seem very nice and friendly.
Signup was relatively easy, I signed up for the two year plan which was a great deal. There was no commintent really since i did a downpayment but if i cancel my membership, i will not get the money i paid back, but that is fine since i will not be canceling the membership any time soon.

needed a gym that was able to be 24 hour. Somethig that was attainbae to come to at night
I would, its okay, its slightly bland and simple but the prices make up for it so.
The gym is fairly proper and clean. Everything is racked up and tidy. Locker rooms are okay as well
I've jsut intended to workout my powerlifting more. And they have good stations to help that
No instructors, i enter at 4 am so i dont expect much
Sign up was well, it worked great and was simple experience.
I choose to come to this location because of the upgraded equipment, but most importantly, the experience.
For the time was a member here I never had a bad experience nor did I feel the need to complain about anything. Everybody is always nice and smiling and the place is spotless! All machines were in good condition and the amenities made me feel very comfortable at every location I visited. They were so nice and happy I almost felt bad for having to cancel my membership. This place is MORE than worth it!
They don't offer free wi-fi, i mean it's not bad but alot of other gyms do it!
Since joining, i have slowly saw my swimmer's body come back after it left freshman year in college.
I do not used any of the trainers because they are expensive!
Signing up is simple, it's $15 a month for 12 months!
I was looking for a 24 hour gym since my work hours are the twilight shift between 2pm - 10pm.
24 hour fitness is a good gym with updated equipment and serval classes to choose from. The classes are my favorite as I workout best when lead by an instructor.
The treadmills could be upgraded as they tend to breakdown realitively quickly. The bathrooms could be touched up a bit as well.
Maintain weight and strength. I use the classes for cardio and free weights to maintain strength. Plenty of benches for additional weight lifting as well.
I've had three training sessions with a trainer. His guidance helped as surprisingly I was doing quite a number of exercises incorrectly.
Monthly subscription along with a sign up fee. Quite manageable price as this is a 24 hour gym, worth the cost.
To have an affordable gym that Is convienent can go to and take classes or workout on my own
It’s affordable and I really enjoy the variety of classes which includes everything from yoga to Zumba to weight conditioning or step cardio classes
The gym is pretty clean. Sometimes the locker room could be cleaner

The classes are great. I really enjoy them.
I’ve been a member for so many years. My membership is very affordable and I love it.

Yes, the classes were really fun and there was always available equipments to use.
I think sometime it smelled like sweat. The equipment tvs didn't always work and the headphones.
MY goals are to lose 10 pounds and it is helping me to achieve it by the calsses.
the bodycombat instructor is great!
To have a better lifestyle, improve my capacity to ride my bicycle and also use the gym to shower
Yes, this a good and clean gym, staff are nice always when I need, I would recommend
Equipment quality could be sometimes updated, but it is fully functional and it doesn't bother me.
My goal is to stay fit and go at least 3 times a week to improve my aerobic capacity.
I haven't had any personal instructor, but they seem nice.
I could see results showing up sooner than I thought.
I joined this gym to get fit and to work on lifting heavier weight while looking good.
I would recommend this gym because they are open 24 hours and the staff are very friendly.
Better equipment would be nice and more plastic weights.
My goal is to finish up my cut so that I can start bulking. They have the equipment I need to achieve my goal and I can meet other people with the same goal.
As a student at UT, the campus gym is always crowded with students and I wanted to get away from that.
Yes, I would recommend it. I like how it is 24 hours and I can come whenever I want.
Equipment could be cleaner. Many people do not clean the equipment after use.
My goals are to lose weight and the gym is helping me achieve that by cardio and weights.
I have not taken any group fitness classes or had experience with instructors.
The signup process was straightforward. I got to try the gym out for free before committing.
I joined because of a promotion they were running and because I wanted a convenient place to work out.
I would recommend it because it is super convenient, always available, rarely crowded, and always clean. The family pool is a great bonus as well.
I do wish there was a greater variety of times for the group classes.
My goals are to improve my overall health and I feel the convenience and affordability of this gym help me achieve those goals.
I had to make a commitment in order to get the promotion, but I don't know if it is required in general.
I always been a member of this gym since 2009. I like being able to go to the gym anytime you'd like and thats why i went.
I would definitely recommend joining, especially if your hours are tight around work
Nothing major to chance, expect cleaing up durring the night shifts
I just want to be able to get my daily work out in
Usually the night shift doesnt have instructors readily available.
It's fairly easy to sign up, all you have to do is show up and talk to a salesmen
I joined because I had already had a 24 membership when I moved from California. My membership lets me use any of the 24 Hour Fitness locations in Austin.
I would definitely recommend it based on the monthly membership. It's not very big, but it has a good amount of equipment and has something for everyone. There is wifi and the locker room is pretty clean.
Some of the equipment is outdated and needs to either be fixed or replaced.
I just want to stay healthy and fit. I like to switch up my workouts and this gym lets me do that based on their variety of equipment.
I have only had experience with trainers and in my experience they were very knowledgable and helpful based on my goals.
The sign up process was very easy and they presented the different options clearly. I did a 12 month commitment to get a better monthly price.
I mostly joined for their basketball courts -- all 24 hour fitnesses have them. It's a fun way to get exercise.
Yep, I love it. Plenty of equipment, and there's two floors so it feels like you're in a smaller gym.
It would be awesome if their locker room was just a little bigger. It gets crowded during peak times.
I was looking to lose some weight, and I managed to do pretty well at it with the help of their classes and their equipment.
It was close to my house, and I wanted somewhere to play basketball.
Sure, it's really clean and the staff is friendly. And it's open 24 hours.
Would love it if they had a pool and a sauna -- aside from that, nothing.
I was just looking to stay fit and find a way to relieve stress -- the gym was perfect for those goals.
It was close to my old house, and they had a newly renovated basketball court.
Definitely. Love that it's open 24 hours. The people are really nice and helpful. It's a great location.
There's not a whole lot you can do about this, but it does get way too crowded at times. Would also LOVE a pool and sauna.
I was mostly trying to stay fit and have a stress reliever.
I paid for a full year upfront, so it added up to about $30/month. There was a $99 initiation fee.
I like this gym because is super close to my house, plus there is a trail next to it to do My everyday cardio.
It is very clean and complete it has a lot of equipment.
More spinning clases early in the morning because there is just 3 times a week
Lose weight. I never get boring because I can always changes my routines using diferent equipment or for cardio I have to many choices
I never been with an instructor but I have seen others while they are training them they look very profesional.
Fast and easy I did it online and yes I have one year contract

I wanted a gym that was available 24 hours and had the equipment I need. Also the added amenities were also a plus.
Yes I would recommend this guy to anyone who was looking for a gym that is available at any time during the day.
If this place had a basketball court that would bring this place up so much more.
My goals are to stay active and fit which this has helped me since I am able to keep active.
I haven’t taken any classes with instructor but I have seen some of them and it seems like they would be good to work with.
It was very simple. I was given a tour and explained about the gym and the rules/amenities. I didn’t have a application fee and the cost was reasonable.
